REVISS Embarks on Supply of Stable Isotopes

Depleted Zinc - Corrosion inhibitor for BWR

REVISS is ramping-up supply of Depleted Zinc Oxide in support of the global renaissance in the constuction of nuclear power plants; specifically for Boiling Water and Pressurised Water Reactors.

Long term studies have shown that the presence of Zn significantly decreases steel corrosion and reduces the rate of transport of radioactive Co-60 from steel to water. The benefit is an extended reactor life and reduced gamma dose exposure for maintenance personnel.
